- Includes a lot of prep work on both sides (mentor and apprentice)
- Involves a lot of pre- and post-reading and writing, to maximize the 15 minutes with the mentor.
- More financially-accessible as the duration is shorter
- Low-touch (less interaction with the mentor)
Requirements
- You must be able to express and communicate yourself effectively before and after the session so that you can maximize the rapid coaching. Otherwise, the 15 minute session might extend.
