Environment design

  • Good sleep, good rest

  • Well-fed

  • No distracting environment (quiet place, no noise, private area)

Expectations

  • Remember and focus on your long-term and short-term goals (direction)

  • Recollect from last discussion (previous learnings, insights, commitments)

  • Summarize your progress (how have you applied those learnings, insights? how much of the commitment were you able to fulfill?)

  • Collect questions to ask your mentor
